Hello, Wayne Smith here. I came to Winona with my wife and the oldest of our (now all grown up and graduated) 4 children in the early 1970's. I was a prior service, non-traditional student who attended Winona State University and I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. I started my career in Real Estate in 1987 with the goal of helping people reach one of their major dreams in life...HOMEOWNERSHIP. Providing information and expertise with a quiet, soft spoken delivery is who I am.
